Stephanie Groutas — Founder and Chief Creative
Stephanie Groutas is the founding owner of Simply Finished Spaces. Stephanie grew up in Oklahoma where she was greatly influenced by her time spent with her grandmother who was an artist, art teacher and a true professional homemaker serving in national leadership positions with the National Extension Homemakers Council Cooperative Extension Service. Stephanie's mother is a gifted seamstress and quilter as well as avid antique shopper. Being raised by such talented women fostered Stephanie's love for fabrics, colors, textures, furniture and decor.
While working as an Assistant to Melanie Lynn of Melanie Lynn Interiors in Austin, Texas, Stephanie helped create finishing touches on high end designer spaces. Stephanie has spent many years creating spaces in her friends’ and clients’ homes to reflect their individual styles and personalities. She aims to help her clients make a house feel like home by creating warm, inviting spaces to be enjoyed by family and friends. Her versatile and trusted aesthetic touch has made her and Simply Finished Spaces and sought-after interior design name in the Denver, Colorado region.

Stephanie's experience and aptitude for exemplary interior decorating have allowed her to make a significant impact in the home selling market. She worked as a professional real estate stager in the greater Denver, Colorado area since 2012. Her keen ability to assist realtors and sellers in making a property as marketable as possible has translated to excellent market results. To date, she has worked with over 30 realtors and countless sellers in the Denver area. In 2015, properties staged by Stephanie sold in half the time for 1% more than the listings in the competing market.
